A beautiful stylized figural FROG paperweight in reliably dramatic style from England's Royal Crown Derby company.

This paper weight is made of ceramic bone china.  It is beautifully painted in vivid gold, brick red, and dark cobalt blue over the body of fine bone china.

The bottom of this piece bears the appropriate genuine marks and gold button/seal of Old Crown Derby.  

The year mark is L (1987).

In good vintage condition but with light wear, not immediately obvious, but discernable when closely examined, on the top of the right eye and around the circumference of the the round base (please refer to the included images in this listing).
