A lovely vintage circa late1940s vase from Moorcroft in the Orchid pattern.
Made in England with multiple richly coloured orchid blooms agains a deep cobalt blue with graduated tones of forest green.
Personally signed (Walter Moorcroft) with imprinted stamped marks "POTTER TO HM THE QUEEN", "W MOORCROFT" (STAMPED WILLIAM SIGNATURE), "MADE IN ENGLAND".
