Royal Doulton, Bunnykins figurine, Ankhesen Amun, DB295, Egyptian

This is a cute Bunnykins figurine from Royal Doulton.

Ankhesen Amun DB 295, stands about 4.5” high. She is dressed in the attire of the ancient Egyptians, reminiscent of the painted portraits found in archaeological finds. She holds blooms of the papyrus plant in her clasped arms and her head gear includes a coronet in the shape of a snake.

Made "EXCLUSIVELY FOR ROYAL DOULTON INTERNATIONAL COLLECTORS CLUB" 2003.

Hand made and hand decorated.

Comes with the original box.

In excellent condition.

This is a vintage figurine made from the popular “Bunnykins” series.

Featuring anthropomorphized rabbits reflecting various roles of human society, these figurines are a later development from the Royal Doulton bone china children’s dishes which featured the artwork of Barbara Vernon.

The base is fully hallmarked.
