A lively looking prancing ceramic (Arabian) horse figurine from Canuck Pottery (Quebec) Ltd, (Labelle, PQ).

This horse is portrayed with head raised and fight forefoot lifted with the tail lifted in the manner characteristic of the Arabian horse breed.

Supported by an irregular ovalish shaped base.

Likely from the 1960s.

Amber and brown drip glossy glaze.

"Calgary, Alberta" is written in cursive on the front of the base in gold pen--this item was likely purchased with this script.
