A vintage 1961 Fisher Price Chatter Telephone child's pull toy.   

This wheeled telephone is made of wood/plastic, the bright red hand set is attached with an intact but a bit worn black and white cord.

The movable eyes move up and down, and the toy squeaks as the toy is pulled.

The dial turns nicely.

Appropriate maker's marks are clearly present on the back side of the toy:
"1961 FISHER-PRICE TOYS EAST AURORA NY 747 MADE IN USA".

This item is in good vintage condition with some wear commensurate with age.
