A reverse intaglio image is well carved into the the flat back of the faceted rock crystal. The picture of the iconic Japanese mountain is clear when viewed from the front surface of the pendant.

A sturdy sterling silver curb chain is attached to a fishhook style clasp with the clear markings "SILVER" on the back of it. Crisp geometric shapes and long lines inspired by the Art Deco period of design are featured on the top of the fishhook clasp making for a small touch of elegance.
