A vintage made in Japan "Music Box" doll most likely from the 1960's, 1970's.
This little girl is adorned in white lace and has impeccably groomed hair. She is permanently seated atop her cylinder pink plastic music box seat.
The music box chimes "Fascination" while this little lady gently rotates.
