This is a tiny version of Royal Doulton's "King Wenceslas" figurine, as was moulded by Peggy (Margaret) Davies, HN3262.

Likely designed by Ms. Davies in 1952 (as indicated with the marks on the underside of this figurine).

This miniature version was produced in England from 1989 until 1992, before production was shifted overseas.

Ms. Davies was one of Royal Doulton's most versatile and popular artists.  She passed away in 1999.

In excellent condition.
