The full copyright title of this hard to find Moffat's Galley Guide by Alexander white is "The galley guide; a purely humanitarian work planned out of consideration for the digestive apparatus of those who cruise..."

This vintage edition was intended for people who travelled long distances via automobile and who created their travel meals on small stoves.

This rare copy is a first edition, published by the Motor Boat Publishing Company in New York, 1923.

It is in almost mint condition save for some paint wearing off on the edges of the spine.  The cover is very clean and pages are unbent and unmarked.
